Functions:
- Highlight with a color when is mouse is move over the row, hightlight with a 'hand' sign, also.
- When mouse is moved out of the row, de-highlight or return to old background color of row.
- Highlight with a different color when mouse is clicked on a row and user selects the row.
- Dehighlight old selection if user clicks on a different row.
- Dehighlight if user clicks on row twice... the function is to toggle selection ON/OFF.
